What to Expect From Your Lesson

Your surf experience is designed to be safe, relaxed, and enjoyable — especially for first-time surfers.

The lesson begins with a short warm-up stretch, followed by a concise safety briefing. Your instructor will then demonstrate proper paddling and stand-up technique, with time to practise on the beach.

We will then enter the water together and spend the remainder of the session catching waves. Your instructor will guide you throughout, helping with positioning and gently pushing you onto waves so you can focus on balance, technique, and enjoyment.

After the lesson, we’ll return to the shop where you can rinse off, change into dry clothes, and relax with a beverage while we review the session and answer any questions.
